So I picked this thing up off of craigslist today for $10 and honestly after exchanging emails I thought I was going to get the ECB to which I was going to make all of the proper modification to in order to get it to be a functional smoker. When I got there I realized it was a different model but figured I drove 15 minutes and it was only $10 so I picked it up.
I saw that people still recommended changing out the charcoal pan but is there anything else that would be recommended to improve performance. Sorry if this has been posted but I couldn't really find much more info.
