Hey guys I picked up the Brinkmann Replacement Water Pan Model No. 812-0004-0 the other day at Academy. This thing is porcelain coated steel, so my question is, can I drill holes in that and use it as a charcoal basket? I've gotten all of the other supplies needed to make the modifications on my offset smoker, I just need your guys opinions on if I can use this for my charcoal or not? Plan on posting Q View of the smoke tomorrow. Thanks!
