I put some Turkey thighs to brine at about 10 pm yesterday, with the plan of smoking them today. But alas, something came up and I wont be able to smoke them before tomorrow (or if I really have to after 10 pm tonight).

What do I do? Leave them in the brine? Or Should I remove them from the brine? If so when I remove them, what is the next step do I freeze them or what?

How do I solve this problem?

Thanks in advance for your help

Remove, rinse and baggie. Get as much air out of the bag as you can. A Vac Pac would be ideal, but not required. They be fine for a couple days chilled to 40° in the fridge.
