Brine Question?

Brine recipes calling for Coriander....is this normally mean whole if not specified ?

You can leave it whole or grind it up first, I try to grind everything up in brines first.

I agree, I would grind everything up first so they lend the flavors to the liquid a bit more

Grind em er at least crush em, ya get more flavour outa em that way.
