Hey all...I'm brand new to SMF as well as the art/science/hobby of smoking. I just got a Brinkman Electric for Father's day and have done a boston butt, which turned out pretty good...except the outside was still very moist - not crunchy like I hoped. It tasted great and I was pleased for a first attempt. My next project is a pork tenderloin, which is in the fridge now with a rub already applied. Just wanted to say hi, and thanks in advance for your patience with all my future questions.Matt
