I am searching in here trying to see how people use the bradley bisquettes in an MES Electric Smoker. Can I get some tips please? Thanks.

Why?

Bradley pucks are expensive and simply compressed chips/sawdust.

Use chips instead, they're cheaper.

If you already own the pucks, you could use them whole in the chip pan, or break them up to fit in the chip loader.

The bisquettes were given to me at christmas. So I was just trying to see what other folks do. I break them up, but they burn real quick.....

Keep them whole or maybe break in half.  This greater mass should smoke a little slower.

You should get about 20 minutes out of a puck, even in the MES.  That's just the nature of the beast in the MES, whether it's chips or pellets.

We don't use them, most of us have the AMAZE-N-SMOKER and use sawdust... works better and longer than the original chip loader does...
