Threw a small boneless brown sugar cured ham with a bacon blanket and SYM on the smoker for 3 hours at 220 with hickory pellets. Pulled at 155 IT. Letting it cool. Then I'll cut it into smaller sections for lunches for work.

Thanks! No, that is store bought thick sliced bacon. I'm gearing up to do my first batch of bacon though. I have a 9 pound slab of belly thawing out.

Looks good Steve . I like the DBL smoked ham dipped in some warm BBQ sauce on a bun .

Hmm, I don't recall ever having ham with BBQ sauce. That needs to be corrected. Thanks for the tip.

Fine looking double smoke, and you can't beat the sammies. I like to take some and make a smoked ham salad also. Next level.

Point for sure

Thanks! Now I never thought about making ham salad with this. That I'm going to do. How do you make yours? I just use salad dressing, pickle relish, and pepper.

Mayo or Miracle Whip a little pepper and some pickle juice. I use my food processor because I like it in spread form more then chunk.
