So i went to the store and got some baby back ribs. Lol i got home and there was no bones and it threw me for a loop. I was think there would of been a cut in the meat where the bone would of been removed. But no cuts in the meat. Maybe miss label. Not sure They did look like babe back. Anyone every hear of them or smoke them. I did the normal rub and preheat smoker to 230. Not sure if i need to take them off early or what temp i sure cook them too. Any advice would be great!!!!!

Ran into some of these myself a month or so back. They're pork loin that has been trimmed down to look like a slab of ribs most of the time.

They make good eats but treat them like a loin instead of ribs temp wise or they'll be dry as boot leather.

Here's the post I made about it. Lots of good advice in it.
