couple days ago......there was a discussion on the safety of boiling food in bags..........while i was googling Capt. Dan's ziplock omelets.......i came across this link............

i am just posting em here you ya'll to peruse......me personally.........like another member mentioned.........i don't care.........smoked food is also supposed to be bad for us.......like i am going to give THAT up.........plus i live with a smoker........and all my freinds smoke cigs..........i don't ask them to smoke their cigarettes outside in the cold, and i don't run and hide.......jm2cw

Thanks WD: Still ain't rufflin my feathers to much either. We can keep goin till we process ourselves right outa bein able to eat anything in the food chain!

I think it still boils down to using common sense, (oh no puhn intended) but alas, common sense is an option few folks will pay for these days.

The guy who wrote it sounds like a girly man to me.
I like the part about how the fat will get hotter then the water its sitting in. That just is flat impossible. So should I stop 'nuken my fattie slices in the bags?
They come out with big holes in 'em from the heat.
