I miss living on the wet coast (Seattle).
Never sought out tuna or salmon, but the red snapper was superb and dungeness crab is my favorite of that clan.
The markets got fresh dolphin flown in and the price was acceptable considering.

Around here many restaurants consider heavily breaded (something) fish as seafood.
