Finished my first smoke, 2 fatties and a butt. Every thing was great. Could not have done it with out this site and everyones help. So thank you to everyone that answered my silly first timer questions. I think some ribs are next. Sorry no pics I don't have the camera thing down yet.

DK, I share the same appreciation for the owner (Jeff) and folks of this site who have made information easy to obtain with all questions quickly answered. (I have done maybe 6 or 8 butts and plan to do a fatty later this week)
