Okay...flattened 4 chicken breasts....rubbed in peppercorn...layed down a bed of chopped garlic and mozzzza....two of them had shrooms....rolled em and tied em off...two of them with brown sugar n hickory bbq sauce....

Smoked !! mmmm

well ever since i seen the todays smoke with Qview of the fatties and chickens ect on you uds. youve tossed out some good pics. cant see me ever going through conn but if i ever doo ill spring for the kooliad and the charcoal. you pick the grub.
