So yesterday I went to my local grocer, Super Saver. I was not aware or prepared for what I found. They had a HUGE meat sale. Normally this store does not carry a lot of different cuts, so for different meat I have to go to Hy-Vee. So I get to the meat area and the long deep open freezers are stocked with ribs, butts, loins, etc.

A quick call to the wife to let her know our bill was going to be higher, then I grabbed a pork butt, two 5lb tenderloins, a package of pork rib ends.

So then I took the butt and rib ends, divided it up into some smaller packages, wrapped it and threw them into the freezer.

Any recipes or ideas on the pork rib ends?

Ends...being tips? Some places do 'em like ribs and call the "riblets". Kinda make a good snack. I think I recall some people here crocking them. Not a lot of meat, but still good.

Sorry, they were labeled as Pork Rib Ends. They were in chunks the size of a baseball/softball, hunked together into a 4-5 pound package.

Thanks for the link. These did not come with a bone in them. Looks like i could just lather them with some rub and maybe wrap in bacon, then throw them on the smoker!!
