Now that's clipping their wings! Or should I say thighs?
Seriously, they look and sound (read?) great. Gotta' give it a try.

And the concept should adapt well to outdoor cooking where they could make a great party appetizer, esp if the Missus has other plans (besides my BBQ) for the main course. Just can't let 'em slip through the grates!

Hell yeah those look great John! Great idea to use the thighs as almost boneless wings. That also has to be about the biggest bottle of Franks I have ever seen. I didn't know they sold it by the handle lol
