I was wondering if anyone here has a dry age unit…one that they purchased not made themselves…I don’t want to go that route…I’ve been looking at a few but they are in the range of like 3k and I’m not going to drop that much change on one…wondering if anyone here knows of something that’s more affordable and produces great results. Thanks!

Can't help ya out except to bump this back to the top. I personally don't remember anyone that has bought one, mostly buy the needed parts and go from there.

Nice looking pig!

I've had a SteakAger Pro40 for almost a year and it's worked flawlessly:

Please note that if you read reviews on the web, the negative ones are mostly (all?) from the failed partnership with Kingsford; SteakAger now works with Danby on the refrigeration unit and has brought a lot of the other business functions in-house. They're providing excellent support for their stuff now.
