That’s a solid lineup raspberry peach pie and cherry cobbler are top tier. And you are absolutely right it is not a BBQ without a little beer or bourbon to go with it.

That's my kind of dessert! And for dessert.... 2nds of it!
Actually not my favorite, but I don't eat many sweets, or pies but thinking of making dad a coconut cream pie... it's his favorite!

Now that is a dessert I can get behind seconds included. Coconut cream pie for your dad sounds like a perfect choice.

A nice big lemon merange pie, any cream pies like Ryan mentioned , and triple choc cake is always a nice treat. or a nice strawberry short cake ( smoked or not )

That is a great lineup lemon meringue and cream pies are classics for a reason. And you can never go wrong with triple chocolate or strawberry shortcake.
No smoke on my desserts .

It's really good , as is the Baileys cheesecake .
I like the looks of that pecan pie you posted . A good pecan pie , made right is hard to beat .
I could do the smoke on that one , because of the nuts .
Hard to argue with that lineup classic cherry and caramel apple are timeless but that Bailey’s apple pie cheesecake and Butterfinger pie sound like championship-level desserts.
Son did the cheese cake , Daughter did the butterfinger pie . Both insanely great .
The cheesecake is on the Baileys website . Uses the Irish cream , but he subbed the apple pie .
The butterfinger is out there too , but I have it written down somewhere if you want , and can't find it .
