Berry Picken’

We are lucky enough to live about 5 miles from a berry farm. ( they also have a small country store) And early this morning the wife and I did some blueberry picking! Bought a jar of mango salsa too!
Wife plans on making a blueberry pie, blueberry muffins and who knows what else! We will freeze a bunch and of course have a bunch in the fridge for the kids to snack on!

Nice, those look great and I am a big mango salsa fan. For what it’s worth we freeze them on some parchment paper on a cookie sheet so they freeze individually. Makes a tasty and cool snack in the summer time. We have also done some dipped in dark chocolate… pretty tasty too! Again, nice score!

Very nice, I love blueberries in all forms you mentioned. One of the local farm markets here makes a peach blueberry pie that is beyond killer.
