Started Curing approximately 40 pounds of bellies this weekend and playing with the grand kids. We did black pepper,, white pepper, garlic, Chipotle and plain.,, This will be cold smoked in about 2 to 3 weeks with apple and cherry pellets.
Great looking group of grands.....of course that first one hes like.."Better lock up your wives and girlfriends. I'm headed in!" And that belly (pork belly that is) looks great too!
