I love cooking out doors and driving my old 51 Ford truck. I love to be on bike crusing to new spot. I am as American as you can get. I am a Cherokee Indian. I love to learn and best way to learn is listen. Why we have 2 ears and 1 mouth . I am will take any advice I can get. Today I have brand new smoker and I am smoking some ribs on grill. Using pecan wood. See if I can be hero or just have keep trying till I do. Thanks again and happy new year
