Had to make this my freezer door wasn't closed properly on Monday so I had to save it,everything was cold but thawed cooked all the ground meat on Tuesday.
Had 3 small Fillet Mignon used the gas grill to cook the meat
Temp held pretty steady

Cooked 2 of the Fillets to 128°F an pulled them

Threw some sweet tatters in the grill while waiting for the meat to get cold

Saute some shallots and shrooms

Wrapped the fillets in puffed pastry with the mushroom filling
