Wonderful meal you had there Charles, I'm sure it's gone by now.😋
I made a pot of beef stew last week, very similar recipe and it was great. Pam was hungry for some stew so I jumped on it. Seasoned flour and browning makes a huge difference. I want to try cooking down the tomato paste with the onion like you did, again looks wonderful.

Oh yeah, it's 6 deg. here in KC right now. Wind chill is below zero. It's supposed to start snowing tonight, 4 to 8" by Sunday afternoon.
We want to see pics of snow angels! :emoji_blush:

I think it's moving more to the North , or so " They " say .
Ours went to single digits and snow .
I hope not .
I'm already getting messages to expect power outages .
My guess is ,,, it will be sunny and 75 .
Our weather man is saying we are likely out of the freezing rain zone. He also says the storm is tracking more north. Our temps, have gone up slightly as well. Still good for breaking down a pig though, so all good for me here.

Farther north is correct. We went from a dusting to 2" all the up to 6 to 8". Temps in the lower single digits to negative numbers with wind chills reaching -40. My morning walks are going to be interesting.

Common in the south, done as a fricassee. Wild rabbit is awesome done as a fricassee.

Thanks Keith for that, I have floured / battered meats before ( schniyzel, chicken fried steak etc )
but not really for a stew. But I can see the reason for it .

While looking up the Fricassee' rabit , I came across Cajun Fricassee' Meatballs. now that sounds good.

Thank you
