Cant wate till tommarow gat a beef roast marinaden in mojo and wastashire sauce gona smoke it tommarow for 5.5 hours gona wrap it the last hour splash some apple juice maybie.Got a good sweet dry rub never done beef shoulder cant wait,should i wrap em the last hour in aluminum foil.
