Where did you purchase those? Noticed your from Minneapolis area. The only short ribs I can find are individual bone ribs.
Restaurant Depot. The one in Brooklyn Center doesn't require a membership. These are beef chuck ribs, not plate ribs, but apparently they do stock plate ribs occasionally. They also have Angus beef briskets for a good price too
