Scorched these up the other day in the oven.Yay !Wind and rain kicked up so had to finish in oven and finish I did.Figure I'd post a fail since everyone does now and again :(

We never seem to get any beef ribs around here. So actually getting some and then way overcooking them would be a disaster. I feel your pain.
Were you still able to eat them or forced to give them to the hound to chew in??
Been there myself more than once. LOL

Down but not out! There are recipes for turning JERKY into good eats. Saute some Onion and Garlic in a dutch oven until soft. Add the Ribs, 28oz. Can Diced Tomato, 1Tbs Chili Powder, 1tsp Cumin, 1tsp Oregano and 1tsp Sugar. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer, cover and cook 1 hour. Uncover and simmer an additional hour, stirring periodically, until the sauce it thick and the meat is falling apart. Add Salt and Pepper to taste. Make Tacos, Burritos or just serve over Rice or Nacho Chips with all the fixin's...JJ
