One of my purchases recently while cruising the meat market. This one looked too good to not purchase .... so I did.

Great crust of salty/savory flavor with a kiss of Cherry smoke. Another top shelf beef rib.

those look great! I just ordered a rack with some steaks. hope to get them on the smoker soon.

Thanks for all the likes & kind remarks. We had 3 meals out of this and I just finished them off for lunch. These turned out really good.
