Damn Erik those ribs look something that should be in a magazine food picture wow! I need to start asking around and see if I can find me some of those! Sides look great too!
Thanks John. That says a lot and a big compliment! I'm trying to pay more attention to photographic elements when taking these pics. Lighting, background, depth of field, colors, etc. I know that stuff all adds up. Especially when y'all cant smell or taste it. But at the end of the day its still just a phone camera...
Mama LOVES her mushrooms- and only just the cheap button mushroom type. She doesn't like the fancy wild types. Especially out here in Oregon in mushroom county. Chanterelles are in season out here right now. Go figure... Ill have to make a post on how I make my cheese sauce. Its pretty versatile.
Thank you CM. You are right. I am lucky. I think butchers hoard them. I can see why though. Ill bet most folks don't know how or don't have the patience to cook them right. Most probably go into their grind. I've learned to ASK what they've got in the back! Thanks for the like.
