i completely agree! how do you all do it?!?!

all the time i go to other people's bbqs and i find myself watching the temps and asking if they want any help...and they also give me advice and tell me "how it's done"...it's torture!

i thought i was the only one!

and what do you do about crock pot cookers who make "BBQ pulled pork", with sauce in a crock pot for 8 hours?!

Congrats JimF on biting your tongue. Sometimes it best to just smile and say nothiing. Ya don't want to offend the host, even though his ribs are dry... I've observed similar people with blazing fires on the grill when they should be slow cooking. Send him an invite to join SMF is the best bet....Smoke it like it's the last one....but smoke it low and slow......:grilling_smilie:

Welp.. If he invites him to SMF... he'll probably read this thread... LOL you did right by being quiet.. now I just need to practice what is preached... LOL
