BB cook itme with the 3-2-1

ok as you see in another post...what is the cook time with BB compared to regular pork spare ribs using the 3-2-1 method? does it take longer, shorter?  im not sure since this is the first time ive ever done baby backs

The method for BB is a 2-2-1 method. I find with some BB it may take less time. But they will be fall off the bone tender.

I've only done 2-2-1 with babybacks a couple times because they weren't as tender as I like them.  I don't know if I had leaner ribs or what.  I tend to do some combination of 5.5 to 6 hrs.  Here's an experiment I did a while back.

I did 3-2-.5 last weekend and they turned out pretty good.
