Bass pro model

Hi all

Been going over this site for a while now. Great site, lots of good information.

Got my AMPS in the mail yesterday, and trying to make up my mind if I want to spend the money or not on an electric. I've been a smoker for years and have a New Braun with all the mods and have done lots of butts and smoked salmon. The salmon is more challenging because I like to cold smoke it and just use a hot plate and chip pan set inside the NB. The problem with this is, any wind outside throws the temps all over the place hence my desire to go electric. Is this model from Bass pro a Masterbuilt with a Bass pro label on it?

wipper, the AMZNPS will work great in the electric smoker that you're looking to buy.  I'm fairly certain that the Bass Pro Shop Electric Smoker is made by Masterbuilt.

Yep it's made by Masterbuilt - You can see the name on the controller if you click on it on their website. Looks like the 30"

I bought this identical smoker from Bass Pro. It is a Masterbuilt. Bass Pro has a good sale on these from time to time. I paid $179.99 for mine plus Bass Pro gave me a $20.00 off coupon. It's a very good smoker.
