HI Everyone,

My name is Carmine and I purchased a Bar B Chef offset smoker years ago. I used it once and my daughter was young and hated the food...that was that!

Now, she’s a teenager and all of a sudden has an affinity for smoked meats since her friend’s dad has one and she eats there frequently.

So, this weekend, I decided to refurbish my neglected smoker!

Here are some before, during and after pictures.

Any suggestions....I’m all ears!

I did some wings after I seasoned it and they were pretty good! I have lots to learn.
