My wife likes banana chips so i'm dehydrating today.

Need lemon juice to put the sliced banana chips in before the dehydrator. This keeps the banana from turning dark.

These trays are 10 bananas. Dehydrate at 145*

Interested also. Made some years ago and I think I went to long. After cooling they were harder than a rock.

Just checked, still soft. They are supposed to be hard when done.

The banana chips should be done in a few hours.

The missus and grand children love banana chips as well. I add a small coating of honey before dehydrating for just a touch of sweetness. They eat them faster than I can make them,

Thanks for sharing. They look great.

How long did it end up taking? I just bought a new dehydrator and this is one of the reasons I got it
