The wife had a coupon so, I hit grocery store for some chicken, bacon and beer. Fired up my smoker and made the neighbors jealous.
Smoking them with apple wood and a sweet hot rub on the thighs and garlic powder, salami, and pickled jalapeno mix on the pounded breast.
I hate the wait.
