I just finished adding a needle valve to my GOSM, and have been trying to smoke up some fryers. Bad thing is It keeps raining, clearing up, and raining again. My smoker sits outside so no cover. The other bad is I went to to the butcher asked for two split fryers, and happily took them home where I promptly put them into the fridge until I was ready for them. Got the smoker ready got the birds out of the fridge to season them up. Yup they were frozen. Duhhhh, should have checked them earlier. Well I still plan on doing them sometime tonight if they thaw, and the weather calms down. Man I gotta make a beer run for a late night smoke in.

If they are still wrapped in plastic wrap throw them into some hot water for a little and that should help them along in the thawing process. Now it's good that you are bad into the smokey goodness. Welcome back now go smoke us something.
