Back in the USA.

OK people I am proud to say I am back in the USA. I am proud to say I just got a new off-set smoker. Found a good deal on a New Braunfels/Smokey Joe (Hondo.) The ash drawer would not open so I got 25% off. I have got it seasoned and already smoked some chicken, pork tenderloin, and my first fatty. I guess it was good because it all vanished. My neighbors now love me more. Q-view to follow......as soon as I get the pics resized small enough to upload. Thanks for all the help and info.
