Baby Backs Cooking Time? 2-2-1 or 3-2-1?

I am smoking some baby backs a little later today. They are 2.88 pounds. I am wondering if I should do the 3-2-1 method or the 2-2-1 method. Thanks guys!
 
Baby back are 2-2-1 . now that just a guide line. First time do them like that then see how it works for you.

Mine is closer to 1 1/2 - 1 1/2 - 1. I smoke around 275 degrees.

most people smoke closer to 225. You should keep a log of your smoke so you can go back next time and

see how you did it before .
