Chris those are some great looking ribs and dinner!!!! Like for sure, Something I don't see a lot of but when we do we usually grab a couple for us.

I didn't get to smoke anything over the weekend. Spent it trying to fix the John Deere and drinking some beer. I'm not the most mechanically gifted person so it was fun. But at least I got to throw a couple London broils and a couple baked potatoes on the grill Saturday night. Cant go wrong with that for a damn good easy meal...unless you are my 5 year old daughter who only wants to eat pizza and chicken nuggets
