Tip-Top-Temp. Frigging awesome product. Yes, I have almost completely abandoned my WSM in favor of the kettle and Slow'n'Sear. I get similar results with less hassle, I can efficiently cook smaller portions, and the WSM is covered in tarps while the kettle lives on my front doorstep. :)

Yeah, it is really great for overnight cooks when you don't have a digital controller. The only thing is, I wish they'd make a more sturdy version that could be serviced and maintained. This one is almost at the end of it's useful life and this is only the start of the second season. I use it more than the average guy though, so I guess it works for a long time for non-smokeheads.

Made some wings last week and started to storm so cooked them in the oven and they were not too crispy!
