avacado cold smoke...

Thinking outside the box, has anyone tried to cold smoke a peeled avacado? Will it brown the sides? How about marinating prior to the smoke in some citrius?

I'd dip all but one in citrus.... Just for a test...    Since avocado is "oily", cold smoking might be a way to go....    Dave
