Auber temp. controller for an UD Smoker... a little help would be nice...

Evening all....    I'm thinking of getting the Auber and building an UDS....  primarily for turkeys and chickens...  

About the Auber controllers.....

I see they have 6.5 - 10 - 20 CFM fans....    Any comments on the fan size and good or bad points.... 

Any other helpful thoughts....  ??

I had no idea they made controllers for charcoal smokers.   Per their site, looks like ones with 10 CFM fans are designed/intended for UDS's,
