I've been at my new job for a couple months, and for the month of December they have a 25 days of christmas thing going on, where everyday there is some sort of food thing going on whether it be people bringing in snacks, the company buying lunch, and even bringing in food trucks for a free meal.  On monday is the appetizer event.  They want anyone to bring in an appetizer to try, and they vote for whose is best.  I've never really made appetizers, I typically cook the main meal, but want to try an enter something that I can smoke.  I'd appreciate any suggestions.  I thought about bringing in Mionk balls (just seen a post about it, looks delicious!), pig candy, pulled pork sliders, or even smoked pork butt on a stick.  My only problem is reheating them without getting dry.  I start work at 8am and the event starts at 11am, so I would have to pre make it the day before and then reheat it before the event, or even make something that wouldn't need to be heated.  We do have a full functioning kitchen.  Any ideas?

stuffed meatballs work well for reheating - mix a little rub seasonings and sauce in with your meatball blend, then push a small chuck of your favorite cheese in the center before smoking/cooking.  The reheat nicely.

Crack wraps

2 blocks cream cheese ( smoked and softened.)

1 lb smoked ham

2 cups pecans

1 bunch green onions ( Chopped fine)

Run all these ingredients thru a food processor till thoroughly mixed. (You may have to do 1/2 batch at a time )

get a package of large flour tortillas

 Spread the mixture on a tortilla  1/8 " - 1/4" thick.

 roll up the tortilla .

use some of the mixture to fill the ends of the roll.

wrap each roll in wax paper and refrigerate over night.

right before serving slice each roll into 1/2 " pieces. serve w/ your favorite salsa for dipping..

They are called crack wraps because they are that addicting.

Thanks for all the suggestions. Unfortunately I don't think I'll have time to do something, been working too dam much. Plus my cousin is here that haven't seen in a year, so we are going out to Barbill. Love that bar, they have the best wings, beef on week and beer battered fries.
