Hey Guys,
Any of the NC folks that want to come out Sunday April 15th at 12-3 at the MotorCo Music Hall, Brooklyn Brewery is holding The Food Experiments competition and I and fellow SMF bud Paul are competing in it. Tix are 10 bucks and that gets you and ice cold Brooklyn beer and a plate and a fork to taste all the the competitors food.
I'm making a smoked jerk pork loin with mango salsa and a roasted/smoked garlic sour cream and Paul is making a twist on the Carolina BBQ sandwich. His is a smoked curry pulled pork with ginger slaw served on naan. Come out and enjoy some good food and some good beer on a nice Sunday. Hope to see some of you there and will let you know the outcome. This is my first competition, so whoo hoo!!
