Meat Mopper
Just wondering if anyone else is using this smoker. I've done 2 cooks on it and it seems to be working fine. I'm a complete noob so I'm figuring it out as I go. I've got a convection plate coming which hopefully will help even out the temps. in the cooking chamber. Any other suggested mods for this Brinkman? Thanks for any replies.
