Just joined today.....Lost 2 grills and the smoker in the divorce....so I bought myself a garden-variety vertical smoker....need to smoke....

I found this forum while researching how in the heck do I do this?  Two weekends in a row, now....and I am still salivating.   And my two teenage boys are actually eager to get off their computer games and be part of it!  Double win.

Welcome from SC. It's hard to list all the things that I lost in the great divide. But, at the end of the day, it's only stuff. The real thing is, are you happy? You are at a great site with all of the folks who are ready to share their ideas and tips. All you have to do is ask. The BBQ thing is a great way to have a wonderful time with your guys.
