I can't say enough about this product. Pretty much a must for Watt Burners, great for Cold Smoking. I am a stick burner so I get plenty of smoke. But when the weather is cool enough to smoke cheese I put it in the fire box of my RF and it works perfect, Where I use it most of the time is grilling !!

When I fire up my grill I turn one burner down to very low and adjust the other one to get the desired temp. Load my AMNPS let it get going and put it on the cooler side the put on what ever I am grilling.,

I decrease the temp anywhere from 25 º to 50 º and cook longer to allow as much smoke as possible then at the end I will crank it up if I need to crisp up something. When I shut my lid  I put something under it to keep about an inch gap so the AMNPS will get plenty of air.

Here are some Chicken Thighs I did,

I have never had any problem keeping mine lit. There are so many ways you can use

these things.

Thanks

That is awesome Gary, I really like my AMNPS other than I have to use the dust due to my elevation.... I'm just shy of 5,000' ! Bear wondered if I felt high sometimes !

I haven't tried it grilling yet, I gotta try that ! Thanks !

Them thighs look tasty my friend & your control of that stick burner is beyond amazing !

The thighs look great. I could every one of them. The only time I can get dark meat is when I'm doing whole birds. Wife doesn't do dark meat for health reasons. I've never used that set up, but it looks interesting. Good looking cook. Joe
