Last nights dinner.

Started with a pack of tips. The tag looks like that because I cut it from the package. And put it in the vacuum bag.

I used this marinade pouch.

Baked some red taters with EVOO and sea salt. Then sliced.

Then onto the flat top. The taters had a large sliced sweet onion and bacon added to it. Cooked in bacon grease. Cooked the tips in bacon grease as well.
I took plated shots. But, I didn't have the SD card in the camera. But the meal was very good. The marinade had a strong hint of smoky soy sauce. I liked it. The SO not so much. I won't be buying that again. I went looking for more tips. But none could be found at the moment. I'm thinking if I find some more. I will make stew with it. This meat is tender and juicy.

That looks to be delicious Steve, I'd be thrilled to have been there, Like! I picked up a pack of sirloin steaks yesterday, on sale at $3.99lb. Going to thin slice one for a Philly cheesesteak later, loving the griddle so far. Not crazy about the propane cannisters, don't seem to last very long for what they cost, looking forward to the arrival of the 20lb tank hose. RAY

Looks fantastic, Steve!

Looks delicious as usual, Steve. Great combination of the bacon with potatoes too!
