Hi all, well after a couple of years of bugging my wife; finally santa clause left a Brinkmann Pittmaster under my tree. I quickly purchased the extended firebox, this configuration makes it the same as the Brinkmann Pittmaster Professional. Of course I have no exprience with smoking yet, that is beyound the long history of eating  Anyways I will be here reading topics and any advice is always appreciated. Thanks and see ya around

Welcome y2-The wife will no longer think of you as "bugging her" once you turn out great grub-she'll probably kick herself for not getting you one sooner!

Read the forum and ask your questions, we are all here to help one another. If you haven't already looked into it, check out tulsajeffs eCourse on smoking foods. A lot of good tips can be found there and IMHO, it's time well spent.
