another grinder question

i'm considering buy a grinder to do some snack sticks & sausage probably won't get used much. Was loking at the lem575 ,also bass pro has a open country 400watt on sale can buy either for $100. Anyone use these if so what's your opinion of them or any other you may have. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have never used a Lem but I do know it's a good name and alot of people here have spoken highly of the products. I on the other hand have the smaller unit from Gander and it also way 100 bucks and I have used it a good amount and I usually grind up about 10-14 at a time and it keep up with no problems.
