I know it's been a while but I wanted to keep you posted. I ordered a thermoworks, thermopen/splash-proof new style

99.00 but I guess you pay for what you get, I also ordered me a Weber 22" performer model


I'm excited

it should be here

by next week. I wanted the thermopen because my chicken on the stove top always comes our tough cause i don't want to under-cook it, I hope the pen will keep it right and moist!

Any good Idea on adding smoke chips and best to use, to the Weber when I cook.
