How about a special place for "Shop works" A place to discuss "tricks of the trade". Smoke cooking related for those of us that like to tinker. Wheather your a Welder, Carpenter, Tinknocker, work Masonary, or just have a plan....how to build it.???

how do you like your silver smoker? what kind of heat do you use? just wood or a mixture of wood and lump
