When smoking brisket do you stop loading chips after you foil it at 160?
 
Yeah, no point in smoking anymore after foiling...you're basically steaming it once you foil. I don't even foil anymore and I let the smoke wood die out if it wants to by then. 160* is probably well above when the smoke stops reacting with the meat,,,some say above 140*.
